Dr. Rastakhiz lives and practices in Palo Alto. He is married with two children and a cat. Outside of work, he loves to meditate, read, and spend time with family.

Education: Dr. Ramtin Rastakhiz attended UC Berkeley for his undergraduate education in Molecular & Cell Biology. He received his DDS degree as well as post-doctorate GPR training from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He has been practicing dentistry in California and New York since 2008.
Professional Philosophy: Dr. Rastakhiz is a compassionate, gentle and skilled multidisciplinary general dentist (Cosmetic, Orthodontics, Root Canal Treatments, Periodontal Surgeries, Implant Restorations) and believes in preventive and non-invasive dentistry. Unlike today’s norm at most practices, Dr. Rastakhiz believes in undivided attention on each patient and providing personalized dental care based on their unique needs and preferences. He takes pride in his work and joy in developing long-term relationships with his patients. Dr. Rastakhiz selects and trains his staff based on his professional philosophy and leads by example.
Personal Life: Dr. Rastakhiz grew up in Tehran and SF Bay Area. He lives in Palo Alto, is married to his high school sweetheart and has two kids and a cat. He is a fan of Buffalo Bills football team, likes to read, meditate, swim, and spend time with his family. He loves being a dentist and the opportunity to help people.
